Crossroads Signs Distribution Agreement with New Desire

 Thursday January 31st

 Arden, NC – Crossroads music is proud to add the talented group New Desire to their roster of distributed artists. The group’s new project Time In the Garden will release in March. New Desire is a welcome group for Crossroads as their music is a major part of their ministry but not all it has to offer. The group’s female lead singer Dr. Brenda Robinson also runs a multi-media ministry that includes 7 published books, a regular T.V. program as well as an international women’s conference forum.

“When approached with this opportunity, the first thing we looked at was Brenda’s outreach through her television show, which is now airing on several networks including INSP and NRB”, said Chris White of Crossroads.  I even inquired with one of the main program directors at one of the networks as to why they took her show.  His reply was ‘because we think she is the real deal’.  That was enough to get our attention and see if we could complement her television outreach, and book writing career, with the music of New Desire.  We hope that the two will work hand in hand with each other to their growing audience”.

Despite Dr. Robinson’s accomplishments in both T.V. and print media she is humbled by her opportunities that her and her family have with their music ministry. She states, “After 18 years of being independent recording artists we have always felt that if we ever worked with a company that our desire would be to sign with Crossroads for several reasons; their relationship with God, their credibility and longevity and the interest they take in their artists. From our heart we can say that this is truly a divine appointment from God and New Desire is honored to be a part of the Crossroads family.”

Joining Dr. Robinson is her husband Dan Robinson their son Labron Cason and daughter-in-law Brooke Cason who together make up the group and the ministry that is New Desire.

Look for the bible study program “A New Desire” every Monday morning at 7:30 am EST on INSP and Tuesdays at 10:30 am EST on NRB Direct T.V. Dr. Robinson will also be holding her annual women’s conference February 1^st and 2^nd.
